With a focus on exceptional service, creativity, and attention to detail, we ensure that every moment at your event is extraordinary.
Lydia honed her customer service and bartending expertise in fast-paced environments, including high-volume catering venues, upscale restaurants, and a variety of special events and parties. With over 14 years of experience and a commitment to excellence, she ensures that every event is crafted with care, creativity, and a personal touch.

We carry Liquor Liability, General Liability, Workers Comp, and FLIP insurance. COI is available upon request.

Champagne Quarters is a dry-hire mobile bartender service and bar rental. We can provide everything BUT the alcohol, which is more budget-friendly and cost-efficient for you.
We can absolutely assist if you require a one-day liquor license for your event. -
We will provide you with a shopping list based on the number of guests and type of bar experience you will be offering to your guests. This list will have quantity recommendations and a variety of alcohol. You are always welcome to use your own preferences.
Most liquor stores will allow you to return unopened products (usually liquor - wine & beer can be limited to certain quantities), but please double check before you purchase. -
Alcohol will be served in accordance with State Liquor laws and regulations. The Servicer will not serve alcohol to minors (anyone under the legal age of 21 years). The Servicer will require proof of age (I.D.) for all guests seeming under 35 years of age partaking in alcoholic beverages. The Servicer will not be held liable for minors who consume alcohol during the event given by another adult.
Our bartenders are Tips-certified (Training for Intervention Procedures). However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions. Champagne Quarters reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgment. Champagne Quarters works with you to make the call.

We're based out of Dunkirk, MD and serve the following areas:
Annapolis, Severna Park, Arnold, Dunkirk, Ellicott City, Catonsville, Prince Frederick, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Calvert County, Charles County, St. Mary’s County, Queen Anne’s County, Southern Maryland, and other counties throughout Maryland. We also service select areas of Virginia.
